Pelazzio offers multiple secure payment options:

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Cash
• Check (not accepted within 30 days of the event)
• Debit Card
• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover; Amex not accepted)

Payment Terms:

• A non-refundable deposit of at least 20% is required to secure your date
• All payments made toward the contract are non-refundable
• The full balance must be paid at least 30 days before the event
• Returned or failed payments will incur fees, after which only cash will be accepted
• A valid credit card must be kept on file for incidental charges or last-minute services

Payment Processing:

• All payments are securely tracked via Zoho Books
• Card payments are processed using Authorize.Net
• ACH/eCheck payments available for invoices via Authorize.Net
• Cash payments are logged and receipts are issued
• Zoho Payments may also be used for certain transactions

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. It may be shared with:
