Payment Policies and Procedures
Pelazzio offers multiple secure payment options:
Accepted Payment Methods:- Cash
- Check (not accepted within 30 days of the event)
- Debit Card
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover; Amex not accepted)
- A non-refundable deposit of at least 20% is required to secure your date
- All payments made toward the contract are non-refundable
- The full balance must be paid at least 30 days before the event
- Returned or failed payments will incur fees, after which only cash will be accepted
- A valid credit card must be kept on file for incidental charges or last-minute services
- All payments are securely tracked via Zoho Books
- Card payments are processed using Authorize.Net
- ACH/eCheck payments available for invoices via Authorize.Net
- Cash payments are logged and receipts are issued
- Zoho Payments may also be used for certain transactions

Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. It may be shared with:
