The Paradise Package is Pelazzio’s most comprehensive corporate event offering — designed for companies that want a premium, fully managed experience. Ideal for company holiday parties, large galas, and year-end celebrations, this package covers everything for a 6-hour event for a minimum of 100 guests.
Inclusions: full buffet dinner and hors d’oeuvres, 4-hour premium open bar with unlimited soft drinks, professional DJ and emcee, photography coverage up to 8 hours, custom cake, upgraded premium linens, floral centerpieces, uplighting, full event staffing, and use of the ballroom, foyer, and dressing suite.

Exclusive Rental Package

The Rental Package gives corporate clients full access to Pelazzio’s ballrooms and venue infrastructure while bringing their own catering, vendors, or branded entertainment. This is the ideal option for companies with existing vendor relationships or custom event requirements.
Inclusions: ballroom, foyer and dressing suite for 6 hours, tables, dinnerware, basic linens, hurricane lamp centerpieces, non-alcoholic beverages, and full event staffing. Additional services can be added through Pelazzio as needed. Minimum 75 guests; discounts available at 100+.
Corporate Signature Package
$89.00/per person
The Corporate Signature Package delivers a complete, professional event experience for mid-sized gatherings of 75 or more guests over 5 hours. Well-suited for awards dinners, networking mixers, company seminars, and client appreciation events.
Inclusions: full buffet dinner and hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine open bar, professional DJ and emcee, photography coverage up to 5 hours, upgraded linens and centerpieces, uplighting, full event staffing, and use of the ballroom, foyer, and dressing suite. For major events like holiday parties — particularly popular in November and December — we recommend booking 6 to 9 months in advance as those dates fill up quickly. For other corporate events with more flexible timing, 3 to 6 months typically provides sufficient lead time to secure your preferred date and ballroom. We do accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability, so don’t hesitate to reach out even if your event is sooner than that.
