Event Duration & Staff

Six Total Hours of Event Time

A full six-hour duration for your program and reception.

Setup & Cleanup

Includes 2 additional hours for pre-event setup and 1 hour for post-event clean-up.

Same-Room Ceremony/Presentation

(Optional) 1-hour same-room setup for keynote presentations or ceremonies with a seamless 5-10 minute room transition.

Professional Event Team

Complete on-site staffing including a Banquet Manager, Captain, Wait Staff, Bartender, Chef, Carver(s), and Buffet Attendants.
