Pelazzio’s all-inclusive packages typically include:

No. All quotes include taxes, service fees, gratuities, setup/cleanup, and staffing. What you see is what you pay, no unexpected charges.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons (May–December). Popular weekend dates book quickly.
What is the guest capacity for each room?
- Tuscany I or II: 75–150 guests
- Grand Ballroom: Up to 300 guests
- Full Venue (combined): Up to 550 guests
Do we need to bring our own vendors?
We provide trusted, professional in-house vendors (DJ, photographer, catering, etc.). However, you may bring your own vendors if they’re insured and approved.
Can we tour the venue before booking?
Absolutely. We encourage you to schedule a private tour to see our ballrooms, décor setups, and meet our event specialists.
